How do I order?

Pick your design, finish and teeth on the product page, then tap “Order on Instagram” — your order details are copied so you can paste them in the chat with @taesimperialgold. You can also email us at taesimperialjewelry@gmail.com. We confirm your order and send you a payment link.

How does the custom fit work?

Every set is made from your own mold, and everything happens by mail. Your free mold kit ships as soon as your order is paid, with tracking. Take your impression at home, email a clear photo of your mold to taesimperialjewelry@gmail.com so we can check it, then mail it back — return postage is on you, and we recommend a tracked service. We make your Grillz 7–10 days after your mold arrives and ship them to you free, with tracking.

What is it made of?

925 sterling silver — 92.5% silver, cast solid and polished. The yellow and rose finishes are a layer of real gold plated over that silver, at no extra charge: the look of gold at a fraction of the price. Plating wears with heavy use, like any plated jewelry.

How long does it take?

Sets are made in 7–10 days once we receive a usable impression. The clock pauses while we wait on you — a re-do mold, a design detail, a balance due. Shipping time is extra.

How much is shipping?

Free on your mold kit and your finished Grillz — both ship with USPS Ground Advantage, with tracking. Mailing your mold back to us is on you. We ship within the United States only, and P.O. Boxes are fine.

Can I return or exchange my Grillz?

Every set is custom-made from your own mold, so all sales are final — no returns or exchanges. If they don't fit, our Fit Guarantee covers you: email taesimperialjewelry@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery and we'll send a new mold kit and remake your Grillz free, up to 2 remakes per order.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, until production starts — that's when your mold arrives at our lab. Message us or email taesimperialjewelry@gmail.com with your order details. Before your kit ships: full refund. After it ships, before production starts: full refund minus $25 for the kit. Once production starts, the order can't be canceled or refunded.

I’m missing a tooth. Can you still make my set?

Yes, as long as the teeth on each side of the gap are healthy. We shape the silver to span the gap along a natural tooth line for an added $25 per missing tooth, confirmed with you after we review your molds.

Can I send my own molds?

Yes. Tell us when you order, then mail your molds to us with a tracked service — return postage is on you. Dentist-made impressions are welcome.
