Shipping & policies

How ordering works

Orders are placed by message: send us your design, finish and teeth on Instagram (@taesimperialgold) or by email at taesimperialjewelry@gmail.com. We confirm your order and total, then send you a payment link. Prices are in US dollars.

Shipping

Your mold kit and your finished Grillz both ship free with USPS Ground Advantage, with tracking. Mailing your mold back to us is on you — we recommend a tracked service. We ship within the United States only, and P.O. Boxes are fine.

Production time

Sets are made in 7–10 days once we receive a usable impression. The clock pauses while we wait on you — a re-do mold, a design detail, a balance due. Shipping time is extra.

Fit Guarantee, returns and exchanges

Every set is custom-made from your own mold, so all sales are final — no returns or exchanges. If your Grillz don't fit, email taesimperialjewelry@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery and we'll send a new mold kit and remake them free, up to 2 remakes per order.

Cancellations

You can cancel until production starts — that's when your mold arrives at our lab. Before your kit ships: full refund. After it ships, before production starts: full refund minus $25 for the kit. Once production starts, the order can't be canceled or refunded.

Missing teeth

We can span a gap as long as the teeth on each side are healthy, for an added $25 per missing tooth, confirmed with you after we review your molds.

Plating

Yellow and rose finishes are real gold plated over 925 sterling silver, at no extra charge. Plating wears with heavy use, like any plated jewelry.

Privacy

This website has no accounts, checkout or tracking cookies. We only use the details you send us — your name, contact, shipping address and order — to make and ship your order and to talk with you about it. We don't sell or share your information.
