A top-and-bottom set cast in 925 sterling silver from your dental impression. Top: a three-tooth piece on one side — a moissanite-set bar, an open-face frame and a solid mirror cap. Bottom: a scalloped band across the six front teeth, finished with an open-frame fang on each canine. White as cast, or plated in yellow or rose gold at no extra charge.
Choose which side of your smile the top piece sits on — your left or your right, as you see it in the mirror. Nine teeth in all. A free mold kit ships with every order — or send your own molds.
