Six teeth cast in 925 sterling silver from your dental impression: an open heart cut through each canine so your own tooth shows inside, with slim polished bars along the edge of the four teeth between them. White as cast, or plated in yellow or rose gold at no extra charge.
Choose your finish and whether the set sits on the top (as shown) or the bottom. A free mold kit ships with every order — or send your own molds.
Made in 7–10 days once we receive a usable impression, plus shipping time. Made to order — not returnable; fit issues are remade.
